FRIDAY, JULY 18

Entry Deadline for all divisions, including open class, requiring prior entry and record books for 4-H and FFA projects in livestock, horse, and dog due in Extension Office.

MONDAY, AUGUST 4
8:00 a.m. Construction of Commercial Exhibits or Booths until 10 p.m. No Construction activity on Commercial or other Booths underneath the grandstands between 8 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, because of the 4-H Interview Judging
6:00 a.m.-12:00 noon - Livestock barns open for tack set-up
(No tack allowed before this time!!)
8:30 a.m. - Judge Jr. Horse Show,
NOTE: Written test given during the lunch break (Showmanship, Halter, Equitation, Trail and Performance Classes)
9:00 a.m. - Ticket Office opens at fairgrounds,
All ticket sales are moved to the fairgrounds.
1:00-8:00 p.m. - Livestock barns open for stalling of sheep, swine, beef, & goats and penning of rabbits and poultry.
1:00-8:00 p.m. - Open weighing for livestock
6:00 p.m. - Press time for pictures in the Exhibit Center of Halter Horse CHAMPIONS
(does not include Reserve Champions) 
8:00 p.m. - All livestock must be placed in assigned pens

6:30 a.m. - Livestock weigh-in:
swine, followed by sheep, market goats & beef
7:00 a.m. - CSU Extension Exhibit Office opens at fairgrounds
8:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. - Interview Judging for all Consumer Science and General Projects
9:00 a.m. Ticket Office opens
10:00 a.m. - Judge Jr. Horse Show
(Cattle Classes followed by Gymkhana) Exhibit Center
11:30 a.m. - Livestock Exhibitors, Leaders, Parents, and Superintendents Meeting

12:00 noon -1:00 p.m. - 4-H/FFA BARBECUE (members/family only)

7:30 a.m. -11:00 a.m. - Enter Open Class Consumer Science Exhibits & Hobbies
7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.  Enter Fine Arts
8:00 a.m. - Ticket Offices opens
8:00 a.m. - Judge Sheep Show (Goat show will begin approximately 1 hour after completion of Sheep Show)
12:00 Noon - All 4-H booths in place
12:00 Noon - All commercial booths and displays in place
1:00 p.m. - Judge Open Class Consumer Science, Hobbies, and Photography
4:00 p.m. - Commissioners' Cookie Jar
4:00 p.m. - Press time pictures in pavilion of CHAMPIONS (No Reserve Champions) named on Tuesday or Wednesday. Livestock photos will be take in the grass area east of Exhibit Office.
